Hi, sorry - I didn't even realize that there was a print for sale. You didn't buy from me you bought from deviant art, as far as I am aware I didn't even get any money from that so I am not really sure how to refund you. Surely when you clicked the link to buy you had to choose photo, canvas etc. Again I am sorry that this has happened but I hardly think that it is necessary to insult me.
